Product Description

Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is highly flammable, any leakage of LPG from its container has a potential to cause fire and injury. For this reason, it is important to source a reliable supplier whose cylinders are designed and manufactured in accordance to recognised codes and standards.

LUHUA gas cylinders are designed and manufactured to established international standards such as ISO 22991, DOT, EN 1442, etc., or customers' local regulations, and at least equal the requirements of ISO22991.

We have a large products range. Smaller cylinders 1kg to 3kg capacities are for camping, 4kg to 15kg for domestic use and 15kg to 50kg for commercial and industrial use.

LUHUA gas cylinders are made of steel. They are robust and sturdy, can withstand rough handling better. There is generally no internal corrosion, and few external corrosion if the surface preparation is powder coated. Our steel cylinders can last many years with proper care and maintenance, and can be repaired if they get some minor damage. Therefore, the cylinders are quite durable, they can last up to dozens of years if handled properly.

Raw Material Purchase and Test


The steel grade for construction of the pressure parts of the cylinders usually is HP295. LUHUA purchases raw materials from China's top-ranking steel suppliers, such as Shougang Group, Baosteel, etc.

The material certificates which show the chemical analysis and the details of the mechanical properties of the steel are kept on file for future reference in case of any incident concerning material defects.

LUHUA has a testing laboratory, where we analyze the chemical composition and mechanical properties of raw materials, test method including chemical composition, analysis of mechanical, properties testing, tensile testing, drop hammer impact testing, etc.





First-class Production Facilities


LUHUA has the first-class production facilities in the industry, such as 1000T blanking machine, deap drawing machine, necking and trimming line, collar (shroud) welding machine, foot ring welding machine, circumferential welding machine, heat treatment line, electrostatic powder coating equipment, vavle assembly robot, etc.

Regular checking, maintenance and fault solution are given by our professional team and the suppliers, to make sure the machines running well all the time.

Well Trained and Qualified Staff


Our technical team includes engineers, quality inspectors, welders and other skilled workers, they have all been rigorously trained and tested.

Some position, especially the welders or welding operators are all qualified and certified. And they must be re-qualified and re-certified if the specific type of work or procedure has not been done for three months or more.
